In order to support the application of the conversion of part of a walled garden to a pottery studio / ancillary living accommodation a desk study report was required.
The report identified an electricity substation adjoining the site and that the area to be developed formed part of the buildings associated with a glass house/walled garden. The information obtained during the walkover survey was sufficient to demonstrate that these potential sources were not credible and the report concluded that no further assessment was required.
