Synopsis:

In order to support the application for the conversion of the agricultural buildings to dwellings a desk study report was required to support the application.

Demeter Environmental were commissioned to prepare the desk study report for the site.

Whilst the review of the historical maps revealed the site wad developed between 1992 and 2002 thew walkover survey revealed that made ground was present across the site and that the building were used for plant storage and the flooring was bare earth. A fuel tank was also identified on the site.

Due to the potential issue on the site, further intrusive works were proposed.
